fiber optic Christmas tree
One of the most attractive holiday decorative items to hit the market is the fiber optic Christmas tree. This beautiful arrangement can be found in nearly every department store during the holiday season and it can be found online as well. No matter where you find it, you will love your new fiber optic Christmas tree.
The artistic part of me is drawn to this unique display because of the wonderful colors and the sense of movement that the fiber optic Christmas tree offers. The lighting is soft and delicate and it glows in and out making it seem as if the light is almost alive in the glowing branches.
The whole display is mesmerizing. Even in the bright lights of the retail store, I spotted the glow of the fiber optic Christmas tree and I was immediately drawn to it. I made a purchase right there on the spot even though I already had a tree at home.
I found that when I brought my new fiber optic Christmas tree home that the entire room seemed to change in its glow. Instead of sparkling and flashy lights during the holiday season I have a soft glowing display that is calmer and more relaxing than the traditional lighted evergreens.
The fiber optic Christmas tree kind-of reminds me of the difference between the glow of candlelight and electric light bulbs. It seems that we have moved from the natural flame to the modern electric bulb and back to a different kind of soft glow. There is something so relaxing about the fiber optic Christmas tree that sometimes feels as if I am watching the flickering light of a candle.
Maybe the tranquility is the ultimate appeal to this kind of arrangement. The fiber optic Christmas tree does not scream out that it is the holiday season. The lighting is much more subtle. There are no flashes or blinking displays that are abrupt and startling. Instead there is a gentle flow of light that moves among the branches.
I am so enthralled with the fiber optic Christmas tree that I almost hate to decorate it. It really stands well on its own. However, just like any new item I probably will become used to its initial appeal and will be ready to get to work with adding bulbs and other holiday decorations.
For now, I think that I will just let the fiber optic Christmas tree work its charm. There is no need to rush into adding anything quite yet.
